How to select 'collection' or 'postage' on eBay

Once you have won the artwork on eBay you will receive a notification asking you to 'Pay Now'. Follow the step-by-step below and screenshots to scroll through.

Step-by-Step

Step 1: Once you have won the artwork you bid on, eBay will show 'pay now' option/button.

Step 2: You will be taken to the eBay payment page where you can review the item and postage at the bottom.

Step 3: When you scroll down to review the item and postage you will see two options 'Postage' or 'Collection'. Please select which option you would prefer. If you would prefer 'Postage' please make sure the address you want the artwork to be delivered is correct/accurate.

Step 4: Thank you for purchasing artwork form our Imara Charity Art Auction and we look forward to your receiving the artwork.

How to collect

Collection will be from Imara's Main Office at 202 Mansfield Road, Nottingham, NG1 3HX

Please contact us on eBay or our email: info@imara.org.uk to arrange collection.

Collection will take place from 4th-7th December 9am-5pm.
