About the Artist
I live in the Peak District and work in oils. I am a figurative/narrative painter. Fairytale runs like a thread through my work and anything from familiar objects, photos, childhood memories, favourite books, snatches of song can kick start a feeling I’d like to convey. My paintings are essentially stories without words.
